Our individually quick frozen, cooked, and pilled coldwater shrimps are in their own class when it comes to flavour and quality. The shrimps have a protective layer of glazing from 8-14%, depending on the size of the shrimps and our customers’ requirements.
The shrimps can be graded and packed in different packing, suitable both for industrial customers and the catering and retail markets.
The most common grading is 100-200 pr lb, 150-250 pr lb, 250-350 per lb and 300-500 pr lb, but the grading can be adjusted.
The most common packings are 1x10 kg, 4x2,5 kg, or different types of retail bags from 200 g to 1 kg.
The Norwegian lobster is much smaller than the traditional lobster, the size varying between 60 to 250 g. The Norwegian lobster caught in Icelandic waters is of excellent quality because of the cold sea, gentle harvesting and the short processing time from harvesting to freezing.
The lobster can be delivered to our customers whole, round and graded at specific intervals, 11-15 pr kg, 8-10 pr. kg, 5-7 pr kg etc.
We also deliver traditional lobster tails in a grading range from 15 to 50 grams, as 18-24 pr lb, 15-18 pr lb, 12-15 pr lb, 9-12 pr lb etc.
Normal packing size is 1 or 1,5 kg carton. Other packing sizes are available.
We can offer our customers high-quality IQF frozen scallops caught in the North Atlantic Ocean. The meat count on average is 20-50 pr lb and can be graded as from 10-20 pr lb, 20-30 pr lb, 30-40 pr lb and 40-60 pr lb.
Several different package options are possible, suitable both for the catering and retail markets.
